FNAARC PRESIDENT RE-ELECTED
by Secretary-general Mr. J.W.B. Baron van Till:
On the 30th of November 2007 Mr. Adalberto Corsi was re-elected for a further term of office as President of the Italian Member Association FNAARC. During his earlier terms of office Mr. Corsi has always attached high value to commercial agents associations being united internationally under the umbrella of the International Union of Commercial Agents and Brokers. This is among others reflected by FNAARC’s unfailing support to IUCAB activities and strong involvement in the activities of the Executive Committee of IUCAB where Mrs. Simonetta Maffizolli (Board Member of FNAARC) acts as a Vice President.
Mr. Corsi fulfils a leading role in Italian commercial life and accordingly holds many positions in public life such as President of the Business School of Milano, Executive Member of the Board of the National Organisation for Commerce and Trade Confcommercio, President of the National Organisation for Trade Fairs and Trade Exhibitions (CFT) and Vice President of the National Educational Centre for Commercial Agents and Distributors (CFMT).
On a national level, Mr. Corsi’s achievements to the benefit of Italian commercial agents range from playing a leading role in an amendment of the Italian legislation which limited the liability of commercial agents (Star Del Credere), the privatising of the Enasarco-organisation which administers the pension funds for Italian commercial agents and in improving the contents of the Italian Collective Agreements between Italian manufacturers and commercial agents.
A letter of congratulations has been sent to Mr. Corsi on behalf of the Members of the Executive Committee of IUCAB. The IUCAB Executive Committee looks forward to a continued good relationship and cooperation with Mr. Corsi during his new term as FNAARC President.
