EXCOM NEWS

The Spring 2007 Meeting of the ExCom of IUCAB was held at Washington D.C. on 4 May and excellently hosted by IUCAB Vice President Mr. George Hayward. Also in attendance were APAC President Mr. Olivier Mazoyer and CCRA President Mr. Kriton Phitidis as observers. The new MANA President/CEO Mr. Brian Shirley, CPMR also actively participated at and contributed to the meeting and the IUCAB ExCom welcomed the opportunity to further intensity the relations with the North American Member Association.

Various items were discussed and dealt with by the ExCom among which:

preparation for the Annual Delegates Meeting 2007 to be held in Lyon, France;
proposal for the setting up of a IUCAB Database of commercial agents;
proposed revision of the Contribution System;
communications and public relations;
education;
legal affairs;
membership services;
strategic plan.
